Come Meet Me Under the Star
I believe there is great purpose in the imperfection of the holidays: The burned cookies, the strand of lights that goes out, the hard-to-please relative(s), the exhaustion of go-go-go and do-do-do… it’s all there to remind us where to find peace and calm and to urge us to find our way there.
So this Christmas, I’m putting my heart under the Star. Under the Light. Right where it belongs. Where it knows it is Loved unconditionally.
When people and circumstances pull my focus away and I am not who I want to be, I need only come back to the Light, in the endless ebb and a flow between being human and seeing the Divine, back and forth again and again.
When my heart wanders to worry or fear or frustration or sadness, I bring it back here and remind it that this is the place to dwell with those feelings. This is where life flows and peace grows.
Today, with our joy, our sadness, with grief and gratitude, with all that we are, all that we have, and all that we’ve lost, may we gather with our hearts under the Star and look up, see Light, know Love. He is with us. Emmanuel.
Sending Love and blessings to you and yours, dear Underdogs. All of us under the Star. Together.
Big Love,
Tracy
